This 4-week program is designed to improve shooting and stickhandling skills to help players score more goals! Players will work on stationary shooting and shooting in stride to improve accuracy and power. They will also learn puck control techniques to help them deke around defencemen and goalies. There is a maximum of 5 players with 1 instructor. Each session is 50 minutes held on half ice.

This 4-week program takes place on Rink 2 (40' x 20' Real Ice Pad). Players will focus on basic technique for stickhandling, passing and wrist shots. Each session is 45 minutes with a maximum of 3 players and 1 instructor. Full hockey equipment is required.

This program focuses on improving puck control, stickhandling, puck protection, speed with the puck, awareness, and deception skills. Players will work on puck control fundamentals and apply skills in competitive game situations each week.
There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.

This program includes shooting and power skating instruction each week. The focus of the program is to emphasize proper technique for forward stride, backward skating, crossovers, and wrist shot (stationary and on the fly). There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.

This 4-week semi-private program will focus on shooting technique and accuracy. Players will practice stationary wrist shots and shooting in stride on their forehand and backhand. There is a maximum of 2 players with 1 instructor and each session is 45 minutes. Sessions are held on Rink 2 (40' x 20' Real Ice).
Note: This is not a beginner program. Players must have an understanding of basic technique and a comfort level with shooting and stickhandling before registering for this class. This class aims to improve shooting technique and accuracy.
