This 4-week program is designed to improve shooting and stickhandling skills to help players score more goals! Players will work on stationary shooting and shooting in stride to improve accuracy and power. They will also learn puck control techniques to help them deke around defencemen and goalies. There is a maximum of 5 players with 1 instructor. Each session is 50 minutes held on half ice.

This program takes place on Rink 2 (40' x 20' Real Ice Pad) or Half of Rink 1. Players will focus on basic technique for stickhandling, passing and wrist shots. Each session is 45 minutes with a maximum of 3 players and 1 instructor. Full hockey equipment is required.

This 4-week shooting program is focused specifically on shooting mechanics and teaching players the correct technique to improve their shot. We will focus on wrist shots on the forehand and backhand. There will be stationary and in-stride shooting drills that will also incorporate stick handling

This 4-week program includes shooting instruction that focuses on shooting in stride, receiving a pass and shooting quickly, deceptive moves to help players score more goals. We limit the class to 10 skaters with 2 instructors and each class is 50-minutes.
NOVEMBER 26TH - DECEMBER 17TH (THURSDAYS) - $180
6:30pm: Ages 9-12 - Register
This program focuses on shooting techniques including wrist shots, backhand shots, and quick release. Drills will also incorporate passing, agility skating, and stickhandling. There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.
JANUARY 6TH - JANUARY 27TH (WEDNESDAYS) - $180 (4-week program)

This program includes shooting and power skating instruction each week. The focus of the program is to emphasize proper technique for forward stride, backward skating, crossovers, and wrist shot (stationary and on the fly). There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.

This 4-week semi-private program will focus on shooting technique and accuracy. Players will practice stationary wrist shots and shooting in stride on their forehand and backhand. There is a maximum of 2 players with 1 instructor and each session is 45 minutes. Sessions are held on Rink 2 (40' x 20' Real Ice).
Note: This is not a beginner program. Players must have an understanding of basic technique and a comfort level with shooting and stickhandling before registering for this class. This class aims to improve shooting technique and accuracy.
This program includes skill development through shooting, passing, stickhandling and skating drills each week. We limit the class to 10 skaters with 2 instructors and each class is 50-minutes.
