This 8-week program includes shooting and power skating instruction each week. The focus of the shooting portion of this program is mainly wrist shots (stationary and on the fly) and quick release after receiving a pass. The power skating focus is on edge control (inside/outside), forward/backward stride, balance and transitions. There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.

This 7-week program is designed for Rep players who are trying to improve their offensive and defensive skills and tactics. In the first half of the program, players will focus on a variety of skills including power skating, shooting, passing and puck handling. The second half of the program will help players implement those skills in game-like situations including 1 on 1's, battles, angling, play-making and more!
Note: To be eligible for this program, players must have played at the MD level or higher last season. No exceptions.
